Meet Cody, our son. Since he's still rather
new, this page will be a little sparse for a while, but we'll get there. The
newest pictures are on the top.
Here is a picture at 4 months old,
doing some tummy time. He is very good at holding his head up.

Discovering his hand. Interestingly
enough, he's only interested in his right hand so far. Maybe he'll be
right-handed?
His first "I love you"
sign.

Doesn't he look excited to be a future
Cougar?
Such a big grin!

Here is a birth announcement that
I made (mostly so I'd have something to put on the bulletin board at the
doctor's office) using one of the pictures taken the morning after Cody
was born.

9 days old. He has the most charming
eyes (in our biased opinions) and the softest head of hair. |

As we were waiting for the wheelchair
to take us from the hospital room (standard procedure), we noticed Cody
was signing a "T." This was the second sign we'd seen him do -
the first being "finish." Of course, he has no idea what he's
saying but it's fun for us to watch his handshapes. |

Cody arrived on October 6th, 2011,
at 8:13pm, after 16 long hours of labor. He weighed 7 pounds 8 ounces
and was 19.75 inches long.
Here he is, all ready to leave the
hospital.
